We take courage because God is doing a great renewal work in us.

2 Corinthians 4:16  So we do not lose heart. Though our outer self is wasting away, our inner self is being renewed day by day. 

Progress can seem slow at times because we do not let Holy Spirit have full access to our hearts and minds but every day He is teaching us and leading us and bringing us nearer to Jesus so that we can follow Him. Our body will be the last thing to get an upgrade but our minds and hearts are being renewed with every word of God that we assimilate.

It isn't always easy but if we live for God and let Jesus live through us then any problems or trials that we face because of putting ourselves in His hands will be a stepping stone to a greater future.

2 Corinthians 4:17  For this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison, 18  as we look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen. For the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal.

We live by faith not by sight and we see with our inner eye, the eye of our heart, what God has planned for us and let Him prepare us for that glorious future.

If God is for us who can prevail against us?
