God Has Already Provided It!
Sometimes we can get so caught up with the world's thinking that we don't
even realise that while we may be hoping for the best we have unconsciously
started expecting the worst. We can start saying the things others say like,
"It's flu season so I guess I'll get my dose soon!" Or, "Everyone is worried
about the job situation, I'll probably be one of those that are 'let go' from
my department".
It's not that in the world these are not real issues; it's that we've
forgotten that God is bigger that all these physical circumstances.
Ephesians 1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of
our Lord Jesus Christ! He has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual
blessing in the heavenly realm.
God through Jesus Christ has already blessed us with every blessing that we
will ever need in this life! It's all there waiting for us to lay hold of it
from the spiritual realm.
Everything starts from the spiritual and is manifested in the physical. It's
all waiting on the shelf in your mansion for you to pick it up. Knowing our
needs God redeemed us from the curse of the law through Jesus, so that we as
Christians living by His grace, through faith, have this blessing....
Philippians 4:19 ... My God shall supply all your need
according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
I love this knowledge Paul gives us about God. He supplies ALL our needs
according to 'His riches in glory'. not according to my limited thinking.
Always remember also what God says through the apostle John...
3 John 1:2 Beloved, in regard to all things I pray
that you prosper and be in health, even as your soul prospers.
God makes sure that we should be aware of His good plans for us by telling
us through a number of witnesses. And, to that end God has blessed us in
Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realm. Everything in
the physical realm was made from things that were unseen. It starts in the
spiritual and ALL your blessings are there also, stored up and ready!
They've been provided by the God of the bible. If you know Him, "Ask for them".
And listen for the quick answer from God!
Best wishes for Grace and the Peace of Jesus.
Attlee.
