Everything in this physical world that we live in now is temporary. Nothing here will last forever. Some of the things that we are so worried about will be over and no-one will even remember them in a few weeks!

Ecclesiastes 3:1-8
For everything there is a season,
and a time for every matter under heaven:
a time to be born, and a time to die;
a time to plant, and a time to pluck up what is planted;
a time to kill, and a time to heal;
a time to break down, and a time to build up;
a time to weep, and a time to laugh;
a time to mourn, and a time to dance;
a time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together;
a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;
a time to seek, and a time to lose;
a time to keep, and a time to cast away;
a time to tear, and a time to sew;
a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;
a time to love, and a time to hate;
a time for war, and a time for peace.


That's why we sometimes joke that this saying in the bible should be kept in mind at all times - "It came to pass".

That sickness can be healed if we have faith and follow what Jesus said.
That lack can be alleviated if we have faith. and follow what Jesus said.
That mountain can be removed and thrown into the sea if we have faith and follow what Jesus said.

Mark 11:22 And Jesus answered them, “Have faith in God. 23 Truly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says will come to pass, it will be done for him. 24 Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.

Believe, say and don't doubt and it will go the way that's best for you. It will change anyway but applying the faith of Jesus which all Christian believers have will move mountains. In prophesy in the bible, mountains means nations. You can change a nation if you apply the faith you have in you from Jesus; so getting rid of that small local problem that you have is minor once you walk with God and speak in faith! Remember Elijah was a human just like you and he stopped it raining for three years!

Whatever you can see around you or in the world or in the universe, is temporary and subject to change. Only the things of God are permanent.

That thing that is worrying you in this world? Pray over it in Jesus' name and leave it in God's hands....

It came to pass!
