God has created a great plan for each and every one of us. All we need to do is get in line with God's plan for our lives and do the things that He has set out for us and let everything else be in God's hands. As we rest in Jesus who sits on the right hand of God (the place of power) in the heavenly places, God will provide all the resources necesssary to fulfill the plan. After all it is His plan!

Ephesians 2:10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.

God has prepared the things that He wants us to do in promoting His Kingdom and our part is to learn His mind and follow the plan!

"Resting in Jesus" or "waiting on the Lord" is not doing nothing! It's like a Waiter who stands on the side of the restaurant looking to see if his patrons want anything and when he observes a need, jumps into action to fill it! So we "wait" on the Lord to do the things in His plan, with no wasted actions. So compared to doing "our" thing, we "rest", because "His yoke is easy and His burden is light".

Ephesians 2:13for it is God who works in you, both to will and to work for his good pleasure.

Since it's God who is doing it through us we have to let go of our will and get aligned with God's will, and follow His perfect plan, and God will see that all things work out for good towards us! Just have faith in Him; no-one is greater!
