What many Christians don't appear to realise is that we have the same amount of faith as Jesus had when He was here on earth. We each have all of the Holy Spirit there is to have. What happens though is that we think we have to work up the faith to get results instead of using even a mustard seed of our faith to rely on the faith of Jesus which is infinite! As we learn in Ephesians 2:8...

Ephesians 2:8 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith--and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God.

In Galatians 3, verses 2-3 Paul also tells us that the way we have begun our walk with God is the way we are to continue.

Galatians 3:2 Let me ask you only this: Did you receive the Spirit by works of the law or by hearing with faith? 3 Are you so foolish? Having begun by the Spirit, are you now being perfected by the flesh?

It wasn't our own faith that saved us and it isn't our own faith that maintains us. Our little faith rides on the back of Jesus' faith!

Romans 8:9 However, you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. But if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Him.

The Spirit of Christ dwells in you and the Spirit of Christ has just as much faith now as He had when Jesus walked the earth! That is why the scriptures tells us that, "With God, we can do all things!"

Remember, "Without Christ we can do nothing, but we Christians are never without Jesus Christ!"
