Our Grace Covenant.

Are you in a special covenant with God as a friend of God?

Rom 4:5-8 But to him that works not, but believes on him that justifies the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness. Even as David also describes the blessedness of the man, to whom God imputes righteousness without works, saying, 'Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered. Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin'.

Christians are in a grace covenant with God because they have accepted Jesus' sacrifice in death, for their death because of their sins, and so they have passed from death to life.

Anyone who has not accepted Jesus as their Lord and Saviour are still in their sins and cannot look forward to eternal life with God.

Interestingly we have that eternal life now through our Saviour Jesus.

John 10:27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me.28 I give them eternal life, and they will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of my hand.

Because we have that privilege in Him, true believers will let Jesus live through them and dedicate their lives to being representatives of the love of God in this age.

This position is available to all. Learn about Jesus. Accept Him as your Lord and Saviour. Receive His Holy Spirit to empower you to live a new godly life. Then you'll be able to do all righteousness through Jesus Christ who will strengthen you in your inner man/woman.

Best wishes for Grace and the Peace of Jesus.
Attlee.
