God's Grace Is Sufficient!

Satan will try to keep you down, but God won't let him!

2 Corinthians 12:7 And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure. 8 For this thing I besought the Lord three times, that it might depart from me. 9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for you: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

It's thought by many that Satan  made an attempt to limit Paul's effectiveness in preaching the Gospel by sending one of his messengers to harass him. He, that is Satan, thought that if Paul was stopped from being exalted in the people's eyes because of his knowledge and revelations of God's way, then the gospel would be stunted in it's outreach to the world. You'll notice the same thing being attempted by Satan today as he tries to trip up modern day evangelists using Balaam's technique (Numbers Chapter 24), amongst others.

But God says, "His grace is sufficient".

Titus 2:11-12 For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation for all people, training us to renounce ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright, and godly lives in the present age....

When we keep tight with God then His grace will provide the power to overcome any circumstance and bring us victory against Satan and his minnions. Just as Satan's attack on Paul did not work once Paul realised the power was in him to overcome, any attack against you will also fail, when you rely on God's power and authority which He has deligated down to you!

Mat 28:18-20 And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them into the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”

We not only walk in this authority as disciples of Jesus but we also have Holy Spirit in us guiding us according to the grace of God.

Titus 2:11-12 For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation for all people, [and also] training us to renounce ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright, and godly lives in the present age,..

Best wishes for Grace and the Peace of Jesus.
